The sales were complicated, for various reasons, one of them being that this was a liquidation process, due to a divorce. Renee represented both myself and my ex-husband with complete fairness, honesty, compassion and finesse. She was always prompt and thorough with communications back and forth. Her experience as a realtor was invaluable in determining fair prices, and in negotiating and achieving the best possible outcomes, under the circumstances. She is a true professional. When we first met Renee, she came across as an extremely nice, professional and willing to help us get into our new home before end of 2014. She assured us in August 2014 that we will be able to find our dream home! She always advised us without being pushy and showed homes that matched our needs. She paired us with a great loan officer and lawyer too! After a few weeks of looking and loosing an offer on what seemed like our dream home, I had lost hope. In Oct, she showed a bank owned property. I was not so sure about it... It looked exactly how I wanted. However, it needed cosmetic work inside. My husband and dad convinced me that it would be great if we did a few upgrades. That truly was the best choice we made! I am so thankful to Renee for advising me to 'just take a look at it... you don't have to buy it.' Well, we were in our fully upgraded home on Dec 6th 2014!!! We have been very happy in this beautiful home as we were able to make many upgrades due to its lower price and turn it into 'our' home! She also helped us sell our 1st home! With the market being slow, we thought it would take at least 6 months. Homes around our old neighborhood have been foreclosed or sat on the market for a long time. She advised us exactly what we needed to do, we did that. The house was sold within a month of putting it on the market!!! That was AWESOME! I would recommend Renee to my family and friends looking to buy/sell a home. We enjoyed working with her and she felt like she truly loves what she does! N/A
